This sample timeline reflects a typical wedding-day flow at our venue. All timing and details can be tailored to fit your style, your traditions, and your preferred pacing.

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Pre-Vendor Prep
The wedding party arrives and settles into the suites as detail items are styled for photography. Hair and makeup complete their finishing touches, and the coordinator checks in to ensure preparations are moving on schedule.
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Vendor Arrival & Wedding Party Prep
Vendors set up throughout the venue while photography and videography teams capture details and getting-ready moments. The wedding party finalizes attire and prepares for the ceremony.
2:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Pre-Ceremony Steps
The couple dresses in the suites and may choose to share a first look. Guests begin arriving and taking their seats for the ceremony.
3:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Ceremony
Processional, vows, rings, and pronouncement. After the recessional, guests transition to cocktail hour.
3:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Portraits
Family, wedding party, and couple portraits are completed while guests enjoy the beginning of cocktail hour.
4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Cocktail Hour
Guests enjoy bar service and hors d’oeuvres as candid photography continues and final reception details are completed.
5:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Transition to Reception
Guests find their seats. The couple may enjoy a private room reveal while the DJ prepares introductions and catering finalizes dinner service.
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Dinner Service
Dinner is served, accompanied by optional toasts and a relaxed transition into the evening’s events.
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Mingling & Evening Prep
The couple greets guests, remaining toasts take place, and photography and entertainment teams prepare for the evening formalities.
8:00 PM – 8:15 PM
First Dance & Cake Cutting
The couple shares their first dance, followed by optional parent dances and the cake cutting.
8:15 PM – 9:30 PM
Dancing & Activities
The dance floor opens, the photobooth becomes active, and any planned traditions take place as the coordinator prepares the couple’s send-off.
9:30 PM
Couple Send-Off
Guests gather around the arched entrance for the couple’s formal exit.
9:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Breakdown & Wrap-Up
Vendors begin teardown, rentals are packed, décor is collected, and the evening concludes with a final walkthrough.
